What it Costs
Suppliers:
Standard
FPI Supplier Terms & Conditions will apply. Suppliers must maintain
complete and up-to-date records, or records will be deleted from the system.

Supplier Registration Fee

US$ 1,000 (annual, per record)
|
The Supplier Registration Fee includes the registration of one
corporate record and one central support record or
local record. A further Supplier Registration Fee will apply for the
registration of each additional local record.

Supplier Assessment Fee
|
US$ 1,000 (annual, per assessment)
|
This will apply if you elect to complete the
FPI Assessment Questionnaire (see Visible Assessment ©
above). The assessment process is recommended if Suppliers wish to
avoid the burden of repetitive submission of information to Purchasers.
Some Purchasers may require assessments as part of the enquiry / tender
process.

Supplier Onsite Verification
|
US$ 2,500 (plus travel expenses and time)
|
This is an on-site verification of your FPI Assessment performed
by an FPI Assessment Engineer and noted in your record. In certain cases this
may be required (and paid) by Purchasers.
Purchasers:
For the initial implementation phase of FPI an introductory
purchaser subscription fee will apply:

Introductory Purchaser Subscription Fee

US$ 20,000 per annum
|
This fee will apply during initial population phase of the
database.
Following review by the FPI industry Steering
Committee, Purchaser subscription fees will be banded according to procurement
spend, in line with this indicative model:

Discounted fees will be available for affiliated organisations
and for smaller purchasing organisations.
Purchasers also pay a joining fee, which is 50% of the annual
subscription fee. This covers costs associated with initial purchaser training
and implementation.
Further training and implementation are charged at standard FPI
Business Support rates, a copy of which is available on request.
Boundary of subscription - Regional purchasing organisations are
expected to subscribe in their own right, subject to affiliate discounts.
Purchasers are expected to require managing contractors to subscribe in their
own right and to use the system in order that the benefits can
be realised throughout the supply chain.
Standard
FPI Purchaser Terms & Conditions will apply. Purchasers must
undertake to eliminate duplicate information requests and to require managing
contractors to apply the system.
All fees are subject to review by the FPI industry Steering
Committee.
