Who can join
As a Supplier
Any company offering goods and/or services to the global oil
& gas industry may register on FPI, subject to
FPI Supplier Terms and Conditions FPI
Supplier Terms and Conditions and paying an annual registration fee.
As a Purchaser
Any company who is a bone-fide procurer of goods and/or services
in the oil & gas industry may become a purchasing subscriber by accepting
the
FPI Purchaser Terms & Conditions
and paying an annual fee.
What it Costs
Suppliers:
Standard FPI Supplier Terms & Conditions will apply.
Suppliers must maintain complete and up-to-date records, or records will be
deleted from the system.

Supplier Registration Fee
|
US$ 1,000 (annual, per record)
|
The Supplier Registration Fee includes the registration of one
corporate record and one central support record or local
record. A further Supplier Registration Fee will apply for the
registration of each additional local record.

Supplier Assessment Fee
|
US$ 1,000 (annual, per assessment)
|
This will apply if you elect to complete the FPI
Assessment Questionnaire (see Visibile Assessment ©
above). The assessment process is recommended if Suppliers wish to
avoid the burden of repetitive submission of information to Purchasers.
Some Purchasers may require assessments as part of the enquiry / tender
process.

Supplier Onsite Verification
|
US$ 2,500 (plus travel expenses and time)
|
This is an on-site verification of your FPI Assessment performed
by an FPI Assessment Engineer and noted in your record. In certain cases this
may be required (and paid) by Purchasers.
Purchasers:
For the initial implementation phase of FPI an introductory
purchaser subscription fee will apply:

Introductory Purchaser Subscription Fee

US$ 20,000 per annum
|
This fee will apply during initial population phase of the
database.
Following review by the FPI industry Steering
Committee, Purchaser subscription fees will be banded according to procurement
spend, in line with this indicative model:

Discounted fees will be available for affiliated organisations
and for smaller purchasing organisations.
Purchasers also pay a joining fee, which is 50% of the annual
subscription fee. This covers costs associated with initial purchaser training
and implementation.
Further training and implementation are charged at standard FPI
Business Support rates, a copy of which is available on request.
Boundary of subscription - Regional purchasing organisations are
expected to subscribe in their own right, subject to affiliate discounts.
Purchasers are expected to require managing contractors to subscribe in their
own right and to use the system in order that the benefits can
be realised throughout the supply chain.
Standard
FPI Purchaser Terms & Conditions
will apply. Purchasers must undertake to eliminate duplicate information
requests and to require managing contractors to apply the system.
All fees are subject to review by the FPI industry Steering
Committee.
How to join
> Purchasers (major purchasing companies - typically
oil and gas operators and major service contractors) should contact the
service desk to join, since their application require different
controls, assessments and fees.
>Suppliers and Contractors who are vendors can
join online. The process has essentially five steps, once you select the 'Register
Now' button below

System automatically checks that you are not already registered
(directs you to the service desk if there is any doubt)

You fill out basic information
(allows an account to be created)

You decide on payment method
(Cheque, Bankers Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card)

You will recieve an email containing your ID and Password within 60 minutes

You log on and start to Input Registration Data
