The FPI Service Desk is operational during normal U.K. office hours (0830 - 1645, Monday to Friday), outwith these hours a voice message service is available.

To improve FPI Service Desk support and better align with global and international business requirements additional Service Desk support is scheduled to be shortly introduced from our First Point U.S. office to provide support during U.S. office hours.
